Agreement to terms

By accessing or using CitedScore (www.citedscore.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or service.

Service description

CitedScore is an AI visibility audit platform. It crawls your website, runs queries across AI answer engines, and delivers a PDF report showing how your business appears in AI-generated answers. The service is provided "as is."

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

Account and access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a domain for audit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit domains you do not own or have authorization to audit.
• Use the service to conduct competitive intelligence in a way that violates any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying methodology or proprietary systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Reports without written permission, except for sharing within your own organization.
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal browser use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

Payments and refunds

• One-time Reports are charged at the price displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe.
• Monthly subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the audit produced incomplete or failed results due to a technical issue on our end, we will issue a full refund. Contact support@citedscore.com.

Report accuracy and limitations

• AI engine responses change constantly. Results in your Report reflect what each platform returned at the time of the audit. They are not guaranteed to remain the same.
• CitedScore provides diagnostic information and recommendations. Implementing those recommendations is your responsibility. We do not guarantee specific ranking or visibility outcomes.
• Some websites (those using aggressive bot protection, JavaScript-only rendering, or restrictive robots.txt rules) may produce incomplete technical audit results. The live AI visibility layer operates independently and will still return results regardless.

Intellectual property

• CitedScore, its methodology, diagnostic engine, and report design are proprietary. All rights reserved.
• Your Report is yours to use, share within your organization, and act on. You may not resell it or present it as your own work product to third-party clients without written permission.
• Content you submit (domain URLs, business information) remains yours. We use it only to produce your Report and improve the service.

Privacy

Your use of CitedScore is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Park Properties, LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Report or subscription period giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Park Properties, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to the service or other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
